At Bona Fide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the gear is free from any signs of wear or gym use.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
